In Tecnoescape Bike we strive to offer the maximum guarantees of quality and service, so we provide our customers with the possibility of returning the products purchased through the online store.

FREE CHANGE OF SIZE (SPAIN / PORTUGAL)

The change of size will be completely free for those purchases made in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) that are greater than 99 euros. The promotion will not be valid for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Europe. It is important to keep in mind that only one size change process per order will be accepted. The change of color or model of the product is excluded from this promotion and will entail the usual costs. This promotion is not valid for bicycles or pictures.

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE A RETURN

Get in touch with our Customer Service (contacto@tecnoescape.es), where you will be informed how to start the return process through our messaging service.

NOTE: Tecnoescape Bike will not be responsible for transport costs incurred in case of not following the return instructions.

CONDITIONS THAT CAN CAUSE A RETURN

1. If the product does not satisfy.

You can change or request the refund of the amount if the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging and condition.

Exchange conditions

The deadline to make a product change is 15 business days from the date of receipt of the order. Below are the transportation costs that must be paid when making a change.

If the change is made in our store the change will be free.

If the change comes from the Iberian Peninsula or the Balearic Islands, it will be subject to the following conditions: If the original order was less than 59 euros, the amount to be paid will be 4 euros. *

Refund conditions of the amount:

If the refund of the amount is desired, the maximum period for requesting the refund will be 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order. The refund will be made with the original payment method.

2 - If the product is defective when receiving it

Once Tecnoescape has received the defective product, it will send you a new one. In this case, the change will always be made by the same article or reference. Only the first shipment will be invoiced, Tecnoescape taking charge of the postage corresponding to the recovery of the defective item and sending the correct item. The maximum period to request the change of the defective item is 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order.

3 - If the product does not correspond to the order placed

Tecnoescape will cover all expenses. Both the collection of the wrong product and the delivery costs of the correct order.

IMPORTANT!

Tecnoescape Bike will not make any return of merchandise until the receipt of the article subject to return or change in our stores has been verified, as well as the state of the packaging and its accessories.
