Orders between 0 and 59 euros: postage will be 6.99 euros. Orders of more than 59 euros: postage will be FREE.
Shipping Punto Pack
Orders between 0 and 59 euros: postage will be 3.60 euros. Orders of more than 59 euros: postage will be FREE.

We have the following shipping methods:
Standard shipping
Orders between 0 and 59 euros: postage will be 11.99 euros. Orders of more than 59 euros: postage will be FREE.

NOTE: TECNOESCAPE.ES will not be responsible for the taxes, tariffs or shipping charges corresponding to these communities. As an orientation, customs expenses can follow the following conditions:
Orders below 150 euros:
Fixed expenses: 31.36 euros. Tariffs: calculation of a percentage of the total purchase based on the type of item (usually 7%).
Orders over 150 euros:
Fixed expenses: 43.68 euros. Tariffs: calculation of a percentage of the total purchase based on the type of item (usually 7%).
For warranty claims, you must contact the TECNOESCAPE Customer Service (contacto@tecnoescape.es). In case of having to send the items to TECNOESCAPE Central for inspection or repair, the round trip shipping costs, as well as the corresponding customs costs, will be borne by the customer.
